Very helpful and friendly staff. Chic yet casual. The terrace is lovely for an aperitif. Many singers go there because it's close to the Palazzo Farnese, where a pop music festival is held.

The best hotel in the city. The reception service isn't bad, but the style is almost Milanese. The location is the best in the city. The only downside is that they have almost no parking. The rooms aren't large, but they're nice now that they've been remodeled. The restaurant is the best, thanks to the quality of the food and the attentive service!

Strategic hotel in the center, a minute walk from Piazza Cavalli. Clean and well-maintained room, although I would recommend starting to think about replacing the taps. Expensive but convenient private parking. Professional staff. Breakfast is average.

It's a 4.5 rather than a 5/5. The hotel as a whole is very well laid out, air-conditioned, very comfortable bedding. Ideally located. Very good buffet breakfast, with the occasional live band (of a good standard!). Now for the small disappointments: if you sleep on the 6th floor, you won't be able to fall asleep until after 11:30 p.m., that is, after the 7th floor room has been tidied up, and also around 6:30 a.m. the next morning, you'll be woken up by chairs being pulled back and forth across the room. Another downside is that the spa and parking must be booked in advance. Too bad, we chose this hotel for that and it was completely booked.

Hotel in a great location and with a very professional service. The room was clean and tidy (well kept even in the furnishings and walls) and of normal size with a full bathroom. The only complaint was the door blocked in the opening with the need to access in two stages (perhaps a sliding door would have solved the problem). The online information on parking should be improved by explaining that the access ramp and corridors have access radiuses that require a lot of attention but are doable (I have a car at the upper limit of category D, beyond which I don't know). Overall, an excellent experience

Restaurant: I would rate it a 10 out of 10. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and the manager, Angelo, truly stands out. He knows how to handle customer needs with flexibility and professionalism, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

There is too much confusion, they rent the restaurant on the terrace and there is music at full volume until 1.30 am

Hop and top Great location, centrally located in the city and with underground parking. Extensive breakfast buffet upstairs in the attic and the aperitivo on the terrace is fantastic. Unfortunately, the very noisy rooms and the rather unfriendly staff at breakfast spoil the overall impression.

Hotel in the middle of the restricted traffic zone, getting there by car without crossing the pedestrian area is a nightmare. Showering in the tub with the broken shower head support is a disaster of inconvenience and inconvenience. The breakfast is mediocre, the staff are friendly and helpful, the underground parking is very narrow and not very convenient. Overall failed for my needs

Bella esperienza. Apericena con amici. Salone molto bello con luci soffuse, dj alla console ed enorme buffet con tante specialità. Peccato per le paste (al forno e lasagne) tiepide. Si trova di tutto,dai formaggi ai salumi, dal salmone ai dolci. 20 euro con una consumazione compresa. Personale gentile (non come tempo fa). Da ritornare e consigliare
