While passing through the area, I spotted this restaurant. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The owner and his staff are friendly. They have both a meat and fish menu. I ate meat. Everything was very good. I recommend it.

You happen to be passing by and call to see if there's a table available... well, by chance we found this restaurant where Mrs. Laura's professionalism and courtesy make the difference. The dishes are cooked with passion and you can taste it, from appetizer to dessert everything is delicious, the bread delicious and warm... I recommend you try it, I'll definitely be back.

02/05/2026: Beautiful location, I would say a lot of appearance but little substance, cappuccinos and croissants decidedly ordinary but at above-average prices.
14/04/2026: €9 for a cocktail in Monteverde is excessive (the same price applies downtown). I won't be returning to this bar.

Trecca - Cucina di Mercato

11/04/2026: A quaint, very Roman place (despite the crowds). I went with my family and we were more than satisfied. We started with puntarelle, which I've never tasted so good in my life, and a sautéed chicory that melted in the mouth. We continued with rigatoni con la pajata, which I absolutely recommend, and finished with delicious lamb chops, since it was the day before Easter. To finish, we enjoyed a homemade tiramisu. We weren't lucky because there was a chef missing that day, and the service was slow. We'll definitely be back.
