Piccola osteria nel centro di San Miniato. Il menù si basa ovviamente su preparazioni a base di tartufo. Buono il tagliere con salumi e molto buoni i tagliolini con tartufo bianco. Servizio professionale e prezzi in linea con i costi, non propriamente contenuti, della materia prima.

siamo stati qui a pranzo di passaggio in viaggio di ritorno dalla Toscana dopo avere visitato San MIniato. Locale piccolo con pochi posti, molto carino sulla piazza del paese. Personale gentilissimo, cibo eccellente, ottima selezione di vini e ben consigliati. sicuramente da tenere presente se si è in zona

Very tasty tagliatelle. Always a lot of truffles. On the day I was there there was a veal meal. Very tasty and tender here too with lots of truffles. See nice service. Good local wine.

Ok, all stars here, the food is incredibly good, if you like truffles :-). That's always a good start. Adding excellent service in like selecting the right wine to accompany each dish (forgot to ask the waitress name but she does an excellent job) is a bonus. The little quiet market place finishes it off. Wow.

Delicious food, many dishes with Truffle from the region. This beautiful idyllic city is known for its truffle, truffle dishes and specialties. Super friendly service. The streets are closed off on Friday and Saturday evenings during the summer period to enjoy a snack and drink. Really enjoy it as a tourist and Italians together as one family!!!!

02/01/2025: Good pizzas of all types and sizes. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent stop before going to the airport. Highly recommended.
28/12/2024: Their strength is takeaway and home delivery: organised, fast, generally punctual enough for collection. If you want to sit down, the room is small with 7/8 tables, adjacent to the takeaway counter so space is limited with a modern tavern environment that fits. Well-cooked pizzas stuffed with quality ingredients, small, normal, large and counter-top pizzone sizes with many types of pizza to choose from. Even on the fly among those on display plus the cecina that solves the dinner. For a pizza to take home I always go to them. They also have bread and dry pastries.

05/01/2025: Located in the center of Volterra, the Don Beta restaurant offers excellent cuisine with typical Tuscan dishes. The staff is polite and the value for money is good: recommended!
