Everything was perfect. The quality of the truffle-based food was excellent, the service excellent. The prices were in line with the quality of the food, and the truffle tartare was fabulous. If I had to add a small criticism, the place was a little small and very informal, although the table setting was 'easy' but impeccable.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Not the best value for money. A plate of tagliolini with white truffle cost €40. I think there was too little truffle and too much butter for that price.

Excellent local cuisine featuring white and black truffles. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A few tables inside, but some outside. Reservations are highly recommended.

Very good food. Be aware that the prices were so high they could have closed the place down, but even so it was very good. Note that few things are open in the city on Mondays.

12/09/2025: In such a touristic place, it's hard to search for a really good place between all the touristic restaurants. We gave this one a shot based on the menu and the simple decoration. The tagliata with mushrooms : even though the meat was not very tender, the sauce and spices were on point. I took beans with it and they were very good, as were the seafood spaghetti my mother took : a bit spicy and very tasty. The main disappointment is the 'coperto' : 3€ per person, which is quite expensive.

Cigno Nero - Terraza Sul Lago

27/11/2025: Warm and comfortable place. Excellent for dinners and lunches with friends or family. The staff is very friendly. The food clearly uses fresh products, from fish to vegetables. They don't use frozen products. The menu features seafood and meat, and now there's a small dedicated menu for truffle season. I recommend it.
16/11/2025: The restaurant is very spacious and welcoming, and from the moment we entered, the staff immediately made us feel at ease. The tables are spacious and comfortable, a rarity these days, and the service was impeccable throughout the evening. The food was truly excellent: fabulous starters, perfectly cooked meat and fish main courses, and a simply amazing tiramisu. The prices were also fair and in line with the quality offered. A restaurant that exceeded expectations and one we will definitely return to.
