A small restaurant in San Miniato Alto where truffles reign supreme. Very good dishes. Extensive wine list. The staff is young, friendly, and knowledgeable. For larger groups (10-15), there's a heated gazebo outside. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent place to stop and taste authentic truffles. We were lucky enough to visit during the white truffle season, and it was a real treat. The atmosphere is wonderful, and we especially enjoyed sitting inside and watching the open kitchen in action. Everything was delicious and felt very special. A must-visit if you appreciate high-quality ingredients!

Everything was perfect. The quality of the truffle-based food was excellent, the service excellent. The prices were in line with the quality of the food, and the truffle tartare was fabulous. If I had to add a small criticism, the place was a little small and very informal, although the table setting was 'easy' but impeccable.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Not the best value for money. A plate of tagliolini with white truffle cost €40. I think there was too little truffle and too much butter for that price.

04/11/2025: Classic seafood restaurant, nothing special, exorbitant dishes 20 euros for spaghetti with clams (which were actually lupini beans), everything else also average.

08/11/2025: Full marks! The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. We had two bufalina, one melanzanina, and one regina. I loved the Regina, with its soft and fragrant crust. The baked cheesecake with berries was delicious.
