Not only did they give us a warm welcome but also made us feel at home. We hadn't been able to find a place to have dinner when we found this restaurant where we could celebrate the new year. Highly recommended. Delicious food and unique dishes.

We happened to celebrate New Year's Eve in this restaurant by pure chance! And what can I say... Simply perfect condition! We were welcomed by the owner Paolo with a beautiful smile and friendliness! Service was perfect and menu simply speechless! Every dish full of flavours! Excellent food quality! I highly recommend stopping by this place! 🤩

We went to this restaurant tonight, me and a friend, and we were thrilled. The food was simply excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and quality ingredients. The service was impeccable: attentive, quick and always with a smile. The manager welcomed us with his usual courtesy and attention to detail, making us feel immediately at ease. Salvatore gave us special consideration and remained with us until the end after the service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, almost like being with family. An experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where quality, professionalism and friendliness come together. We will definitely be back!

We were able to eat excellent steaks with side dishes here. The meat tasted very good, was excellently grilled and served to perfection. The service was very attentive and friendly. The side dishes were also very good. The boss very friendly. Card payment no problem. Highly recommended.

09/02/2025: EXCEPTIONAL! THE BEST BBQ EVER TRIED! I had lunch at The Brisket in Milan and I was speechless! I have been a chef for 10 years and travel often, but I have never eaten meat like this anywhere. Cooked to perfection, tasty, very tender… simply sublime! The place has a welcoming atmosphere and the service is impeccable. Every penny you spend is absolutely worth the quality you receive. If you love meat and real BBQ, this place is a MUST! I will definitely come back! Super recommended!
09/02/2025: Da quando abbiamo scoperto "The Brisket", ci torniamo sempre volentieri appena capita l’occasione. Per noi è una garanzia, sia per la qualità del cibo che per l’atmosfera del locale. Anche stavolta abbiamo prenotato facilmente dal loro sito per domenica 1 dicembre. Arrivati puntuali alle 13:30, ci hanno fatto accomodare accanto alla vetrina. Il locale era pieno, segno che, nonostante gli anni, la qualità resta alta. Appena seduti, ci portano il solito cestino con vari tipi di pane e una ciotolina di formaggio alle erbe spalmabile (sempre molto apprezzata). Di solito prendiamo sempre le stesse cose, quando una cosa è buona, perché cambiare? e infatti abbiamo ordinato: "Bone Marrow", un midollo gratinato con tartare di manzo... spettacolare, super saporito. "Brisket Empanadas", panzerotti ripieni di brisket, caldi e croccanti al punto giusto. Come piatto principale, ho preso il classico "Brisket", cotto low & slow alla texana, perfetto come sempre. Mia moglie invece ha scelto le "Pork Ribs", costine di maiale in salsa BBQ: tenerissime, si staccavano dall’osso da sole. Per accompagnare, una "Coleslaw" (insalata di cavolo rosso, fresca e croccante) e i "Fagioli Texani", belli saporiti grazie al bacon. Da bere solo acqua, poi abbiamo chiuso con due caffè e un "Brownie al caramello salato". Qui l’unica nota un po’ stonata: il dolce era troppo secco, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più umido e goloso. Personale gentile e veloce, sempre col sorriso. Conto di poco più di 100 euro, assolutamente in linea con la qualità e l’esperienza. Già non vediamo l’ora di tornare!😊
