Indeed, the dishes were capable of exciting and surprising with their intensity, technique, and depth of thought. The service was perfect because it was formal yet friendly. I loved it because it never made us feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. The wine cellar? Monumental. But it's the intelligent, never predictable, pairing that truly makes the difference. Da quando varchi la soglia del ristorante capisci che è diverso da tutti gli altri. Non ti accolgono semplicemente in un locale, ma nella loro vita e nel loro concept di ristorazione e ti senti subito parte di una grande e bella famiglia molto affiatata. La giovane età di tutto lo staff capeggiato sapientemente da Maicol, Emanuele e Valerio, trasmette la passione per un progetto ambizioso che loro hanno saputo realizzare mirabilmente. Stupore e sapore ci hanno accompagnato per tutto il percorso e siamo tornati a casa con una meravigliosa esperienza nel cuore e la consapevolezza che è valsa assolutamente la pena fare 500 km. Eh sì proprio così!non lo potrei definire diversamente! Anzi per la verità trovo molto difficile trovare appellativi ed aggettivi per meglio definire e fare intendere una realtà fantasmogorica che ti fanno vivere questi tre eccezionali fratelli,senza dubbio notevole orgoglio delle nostre terre! Dico solo questo per essere incisivo e coinciso;il concetto è questo: Da piazzetta Milù tu non vai a cena o a pranzo, bensì tu vivi una emozione,una esperienza che rimarrà indimenticabile per tutta la tua vita!
