Davvero singolare, un'esperienza sensoriale. Rispetto a tanti altri ha molte particolarità come ad esempio l'illusione dei gusti. Non e solo una cena, è una singolare esperienza sensoriale. Locale un po' freddino. Personale simpatico e molto attento e disponibile. Va provato anche se il prezzo è davvero molto alto.

There are dinners that are lived and others that are remembered forever. What I had the pleasure of experiencing at Maicol Izzo's restaurant, awarded with two Michelin stars, undoubtedly belongs to the second category. An experience that is not limited to taste, but which involves every sense, transforming into an emotional and artistic journey.
From the first moment, it is clear that nothing is left to chance: the welcome is impeccable, warm without ever being intrusive. Every detail, from the mise en place to the atmosphere of the venue, speaks of an obsessive attention to customer care, making you feel at the center of a unique experience.
The menu, a true work of art, is the beating heart of the evening. Each course is a surprise, a perfect balance between creativity and refined technique. Tastes intertwine in unexpected harmonies, offering a sensorial journey that challenges the conventional and celebrates gastronomic culture in its highest form. Each dish tells a story, with ingredients valued in their purest essence and combinations that reveal a rare and precious depth of thought.

Emotions...in their pure state!
Of all the menus we have tried so far, this was undoubtedly the most exciting.
Each course was a sensorial journey, capable of giving us authentic and profound emotions. A journey through the flavors of the world, experienced with balance and wonder. Emotion, which is the true spice of life, becomes palpable here as rarely happens elsewhere.
The passion of this young chef is evident, whose talent is destined to soon be recognized among the best in Europe.
The third star is now inevitable.
An anecdote comes to mind: one day, Leonardo da Vinci was deeply moved by a work by Giotto. Well, dear starred chefs of the area, with the greatest humility, I invite you to pay homage to a true master of the culinary art.

Tra tutti i menù provati fino ad oggi, questo è stato senza dubbio il più esaltante.
Ogni portata è stato un viaggio sensoriale , capace di regalarmi emozioni autentiche e profonde. Un percorso attraverso i sapori del mondo, vissuto con equilibrio e meraviglia. L’emozione, che è il vero sale della vita, qui si fa palpabile come raramente accade altrove.
È evidente la passione e il talento di questo giovane e talentoso chef, destinato a essere riconosciuto presto tra i migliori d’Europa. La terza stella è ormai inevitabile. Mi viene in mente un aneddoto: un giorno, Leonardo da Vinci si emozionò profondamente davanti a un’opera di Giotto. Ebbene, cari chef stellati del territorio, con la più grande umiltà, vi invito a rendere omaggio a un vero maestro dell’arte culinaria.
