What I had the pleasure of experiencing at Maicol Izzo's restaurant, awarded with two Michelin stars, undoubtedly belongs to the second category. From the first moment, it is clear that nothing is left to chance: the welcome is impeccable, warm without ever being intrusive. Every detail, from the mise en place to the atmosphere of the venue, speaks of an obsessive attention to customer care, making you feel at the center of a unique experience. Emotions...in their pure state! Of all the menus we have tried so far, this was undoubtedly the most exciting. Each course was a sensorial journey, capable of giving us authentic and profound emotions. A journey through the flavors of the world, experienced with balance and wonder. Emotion, which is the true spice of life, becomes palpable here as rarely happens elsewhere. The passion of this young chef is evident, whose talent is destined to soon be recognized among the best in Europe. The third star is now inevitable. An anecdote comes to mind: one day, Leonardo da Vinci was deeply moved by a work by Giotto. Well, dear starred chefs of the area, with the greatest humility, I invite you to pay homage to a true master of the culinary art. Thank you Maicol for the extraordinary sensations you gave us! But thanks Emanuele! Maicol is the brilliant culinary essence, but you remain the soul of this unique and exclusive place.

Wow. I’m at a loss for words. Every single aspect of this of this experience (using the word “meal” simply does not do it justice) was incredibly well designed and executed. The level of creativity and innovation is unmatched. I won’t post photos of any of the courses to preserve the sanctity of the element of surprise, but take my word. This was the most amazing culinary experience of my life. Extra points for having such a handsome team.
