I only had lunch. Simple but good things. It is not a typical Tuscan place.

We went to the restaurant on a Saturday evening. The dishes were all very good, the portions were right, for a good value for money. The only negative note was that they confused the orders for cooking the meat, making the one we asked for medium rare and the one we asked for medium rare.

Hotel from times gone by without air conditioning (luckily it wasn't necessary) with a fan and our room had a blind bathroom... the TV only picked up the signal at times.... but the sheets were changed and the bed was always made. The staff however helpful. Easy and safe parking under the hotel. Breakfast in the bar below.

A nice quiet and cute place. We enjoyed a fish-based dinner. The tender and crispy fry was delicious.

We were recommended the restaurant by our Air BnB owner and enjoyed our best meal in Tuscany! Superb gnocchi with Tuscan stew and very tasty wine to accompany...95% of diners were Italians, not tourists. Extremely reasonable relative to other locations in the area.

Here I only judge the hotel. I confirm what many say. The place doesn't inspire much confidence at first, being attached to a petrol station. But just enter to understand that the place has been managed with great care and attention to detail. This applies to staff, services and above all rooms.

The room was decidedly basic, very very basic, clean as regards the floor and bathroom fixtures, very dirty walls, heavily stained bedspread, shower tray with visible dark limescale stains.... a fan on the ceiling and nothing more, but it wasn't stated otherwise. ...mosquitoes galore, not at all soundproofed, in the "free bathroom products" there was a sachet of shower shampoo and a little soap... nothing more... precisely... essential. Private garage to park your bike indoors, fine. At the restaurant... air conditioning, good. Nice and friendly staff, very good food, fairly quick service. Very good homemade tart.

31/10/2024: The friendliness of the waiters, the good atmosphere, the kindness of the restaurant owner... everything was there. The dishes are plentiful and good, if you take the antipasti, it’s endless. An address not to be missed!!! Michele, have a good stay in Massilia 😉

24/09/2024: À l'écart du centre touristique , ce restaurant propose une carte simple avec des plats originaux ou classique. Le service est rapide, l'accueil est sympathique. Les plats sont copieux et bons. L'un des serveurs est sérieux, l'autre volubile, l'ensemble est excellent.
08/08/2024: Excellent food. Perfect service. A family restaurant. Worth the trip to Martina Franca.
