Without further ado, grab a half-meter piece of Margherita and go for it—the best pizza in the area, hands down! Excellent, light dough, a delicious yet not at all acidic sauce, and finally, perfectly cooked.

We took a wonderful walk and treated ourselves to a wonderful day in picturesque CHIOGGIA, which we LOVE. We decided to have dinner in Chioggia... we called FONTEGO: the owner answered, an EXTREMELY KIND, PROFESSIONAL, and PRECISE person. WE HAD A DIVINE DINNER: EXCELLENT QUALITY, VERY FRESH PRODUCTS, LARGE PORTIONS, AND GOOD PRICES. THE AMBIENCE WONDERFUL, ELEGANT, VERY CLEAN, VERY FAST SERVICE. THE OWNER PAMPERED US FROM THE ENTRY UNTIL THE END OF THE DINNER... WE RATE THIS RESTAURANT A SUPER 5 STAR!!!! SEE YOU SOON!!!! CONGRATULATIONS TO THE ENTIRE FONTEGO STAFF, YOU WERE TRULY FANTASTIC. 26/10/2025: La Diavola and Rita - perfect 👌🏼
12/10/2025: The food was very good and at a lower price compared to other restaurants in the area. Pleasant atmosphere. The waitress was very polite and served us very well. However, we witnessed a very embarrassing situation when the restaurant owner or manager treated the waiter badly in front of everyone, telling him to shut up. Being an owner/manager like that, I don't think they deserve 5 stars.
