The new location in Piazza Vecchia is wonderful and very modern... the open kitchen is no small gem. The food from the pizza of the great Damiano Cataldi to the cuisine of the brilliant chef is unparalleled.. all delicious.. and in this holiday period.. the Home Made panettone is the icing on the cake.. 10 stars..

Hospitality, waiting times and really excellent staff, super smart and prepared waiter. The courses were served at good times. As for the food, we tried the particular bruschetta with meat and some pretty good puffed corn. The pizzas were really good, they are both beautiful to look at and to taste, you can feel the power of the ingredients, which can be easily distinguished on the pizza. The raw materials look really good. As for the bill, it was medium-high, probably due to the cost of the pizzas or craft beers. The desserts were well made both aesthetically and tastefully. Finally, we also tried the artisanal bitters too, and I must say that they have their "why". I recommend it if you want to eat well in Bitonto, but it is not the place for those who want to spend 4 pennies.

By pure chance we came across this restaurant..... very welcoming, excellent service not to mention the sublime food. Must try!

A historic pizza restaurant, in a new location, excellently renovated, which faithfully reflects its name. The open kitchen, at the back of the room, neat and clean, reflects the sense of hospitality of the place. I enjoyed every last bite of a pizza, with Napoli dough, succulent and well cooked, accompanied by a fresh and sparkling draft beer. The service is impeccable and the dishes were served quickly and politely. The bill is perfectly aligned with the quality of the products offered. I recommend everyone who reads me to visit this place, and word of mouth will be inevitable.

Bellissima esperienza cibo eccellente e personale preparato,piatti da provare creati dalla fantasia dello chef. Per non parlare delle pizze proposte molto particolari. Ci tornerei volentieri ,purtroppo venendo da Como un po' lontano. Grazie a tutto lo staff
