Stunning place, warm environment and beautiful atmosphere! not to mention the gluten-free pizza, the best I have eaten, and I have tried many, the pizza is thin, crunchy and very light despite being very large we will definitely return🥰

Beautiful place discovered almost by chance even though I live in Genzano. I was invited for the birthday of a friend who chose this place as there was a person with celiac disease in the group. It was a pleasant surprise, the pizza is really good not to mention the appetizers and fried foods, our friend with celiac disease was able to eat everything we chose, even the fried foods and bruschetta since even the bread is made by them excellent quality of the raw materials, the atmosphere was truly relaxing, in short I recommend a visit for a tasting the staff is very courteous and kind, I will definitely be back.

nice and welcoming environment, the staff is friendly although, unfortunately, it is precisely in the management of the rooms that the flaw is made. The interior structure is uncomfortable to move around, narrow corridors, walls and columns block even just the view, the waiters therefore do not notice you easily and above all they do not seem to be able to manage the orders (we sat down at 8.30 and our two pizzas arrived to 9.50, after a further reminder from us). Even the wine was the same, we had to ask several waiters for a glass of wine which however arrived after half an hour. If it hadn't been for this I probably would have given more stars because the pizzas, an aliciotta (€11) which I highly recommend and a spicy piazza margherita (€14), satisfied us. There is a fairly large section of gluten-free dishes on the menu and, with the addition of €2 it is possible to have lactose-free mozzarella on the pizzas. However, I recommend ordering to take away rather than to sit down because they have never disappointed us, in fact with every order they give a small ready-made tiramisu as a gift

Mi sento di recensire questo locale.. perché quando trovi per caso un locale accogliente con personale sorridente che ti rendono una serata in famiglia ancora più bella.. non potevo non valorizzare questo locale dove sicuramente ci torneremo. Ci siamo mangiati 2 pizze eccezionali, impasto leggero e super condite.. supplì buonissimi e per concludere un dolce con ricotta che ancora oggi lo vorrei rimangiare :-) ( parlando con il cameriere abbiamo confidato che era il nostro anniversario di matrimonio e si son presentati anche con la scritta Auguri sul piatto, davvero complimenti al personale di sala) mio marito per concludere la cena ha concluso con un ottimo Rum ...è rimasto entusiasta di questa serata ! 2 cucine separate, 1 titolare molto informata sulla celiachia e 0 forme di contaminazioni !!! Locale informato AIC da moltissimi anni con un menù ricco di piatti artigianali senza glutine: dalla pasta fatta in casa alla pizza alla romana di qualità. Il tutto in una location curata e molto caratteristica! Una bella scoperta nel cuore di Genzano!
