and the first courses were also very good. My only complaint is that the cold crème brûlée is a bit lackluster... but I'll definitely be back. The staff were very helpful and quick, even though the place was fully booked.

It feels like a place from another era, but with attention to detail. The food is delicious and varied, the service is fast, and the staff is efficient. The bathrooms are spotless, with terrycloth towels! I hope to return!

A small but welcoming place.
I had aperitivo there alone two nights in a row, and the service was always excellent.
The fried tripe, which I'd never eaten before, was a wonderful discovery that I recommend trying.
The wines were excellent, and the food was carefully presented and carefully selected.
Highly recommended.

I've always had good food at this restaurant. But today, despite having made a reservation, we were overbooked. The staff was rude and dismissive. However, it wasn't so bad because we discovered that the restaurant across the street had equally good food!

I went to the bar and sat outside, enjoying some wine with my book. I arrived before 5pm when it supposedly open but the staff was already inside and the door open so I tried my luck - and indeed it was open. The place has a gorgeous rustic charm and the staff was nice. I really wanted to try the restaurant but unfortunately, it didn't open until 1h later so I wasn't able to. Next time in Florence I'll probably try another hike in the hills and go back to try the food!
