Came for a birthday party. Friends rented the whole restaurant. It was a great choice. Food was all vegan, and it was awesome (I like meat, the only reason I held back a star)! The owner was with his team serving the group, and he chatted with all of us.
Will definitely come back; might even throw a party.

I had also been there other times; then I chose it to celebrate my friend's birthday, initially she had "advised" us not to come, as with only us they wouldn't have been very late with the time, but after a couple of hours she called me back to tell me that they would be stayed open for longer! Furthermore, since we didn't have a cake, the manager still managed to find something to make my friend blow out the candles! Very kind and helpful staff! Excellent evening, highly recommended ❤️

As a DJ, I’ve spun at Piano Alto a few times, including last month for a mixed Italian and international crowd and every time, the vibe has been fantastic.
The manager is super friendly and knows exactly how to keep the energy up, making it a dream for DJs and guests alike.
Perfect spot if you want a place that knows how to handle a crowd.

Hosted three big events for international organizations at Piano Alto in Rome for over 300 people each time, and they handled it like a breeze! The team was on point, managing the crowd while serving up variety of dishes that had everyone’s taste buds cheering. Guests from around the world couldn’t stop raving about the cocktails, music and the view – Roman skyline at its best. Perfect spot if you want to impress without the stress. Highly recommend for events that need a dash of Italian flair!

Fantastic rooftop restaurant and bar with nice views! Great spot for dinner, aperitivo and drinks. Their food is delicious. They regularly host themed parties and events, including birthdays. Eugenio, the manager goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome. The staff is attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this place!
