Very convenient bar between the station and Piazza Mazzini, spacious and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, their sandwiches and piadinas are special. I recommend it to anyone passing through!

If you're looking for a great bar in Padua, Bar piano ground is an excellent choice. Located near the station, it offers tasty dishes, excellent aperitifs and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the prices are honest. Perfect for a lunch break or a relaxing aperitif!

I really had a great time in this place! The environment is welcoming, the staff very kind and always available. The lunches are really good, prepared with fresh ingredients and served very quickly, perfect for those who have little time but don't want to give up quality. Absolutely recommended, I will definitely be back!

12/03/2025: I gladly go for cocktails with friends. Welcoming and informal environment. Friendly and efficient staff, very kind, professional and helpful owner. Chips and appetizers to accompany the cocktails are always plentiful. Cheaper prices than similar places in the area.

La Fornace Mestrino

01/06/2025: Very nice and unique place, it is a former furnace transformed into a restaurant. In front there is a large parking lot. The staff is very kind and attentive. The menu is very extensive and satisfies everyone, from adults to children. There is a wide range of appetizers (I recommend the fried pizza, very tasty), first courses, fish and meat. The dishes we tried were undoubtedly all very good. TOP Neapolitan pizza, paccheri with scallops and pistachio sauce, sliced ​​​​picaña meat. What we drank: The Aperol Spritz a bit disappointing because it was presented in a glass that was too small and with an infinite amount of ice. The medium light draft beer Hacker Pschorr, very good. In general I liked this place, however, given the size and the number of tables, especially depending on the time, it can also be a very noisy place.
28/05/2025: I had a simple pizza, but I found the price too high (14 euros). Top atmosphere and staff.
