I had dinner with my partner. We ate very well, excellent quality of food and tasty. The friendly service is kind. Fair price for the overall quality of the dinner.

Classic and welcoming atmosphere. Ad hoc proposals for each season with a well-stocked grill department that never disappoints. Excellent wine list and discreet and quick service complete everything. Advised!

A la sortie de Varallo, trattoria incontournable, avec salle et serveurs agréables et efficaces. Menu du jour à rapport qualité / prix extra. Deux menus d' excellente qualité, deux desserts, deux verres de nebbiolo novaresi , une eau gazeuse et deux cafés = 46€. Imbattable, à bonne qualité égale. On y retourne à chaque séjour.

Ambiente semplice e familiare. Personale gentile, cordiale e non invadente. Menu con proposte di carne e pesce, con opzioni vegetariane e molta attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari. Porzioni giuste, prezzi nella media. Consigliati i piatti di carne. Carta dei vini non scontata.

08/02/2025: Super evening!!! Excellent food and impeccable service, Carlo and Luca were very kind! We discovered this place by accident but we will definitely be back
20/01/2025: Place with a wonderful atmosphere. Pleasant room reserved for tables for two. Piedmontese cuisine, but not only of the highest level. Well presented dishes. Medium-high prices, but the portions are correct. The service is impeccable. The owner is friendly, helpful, but never intrusive. Extensive and high quality wine list. Prices, I think, from €25 upwards. I like it very much. PS: the only flaw is the bill, they tell you the total and there is only one item on the receipt. Even if the total is correct (of course) I like to personally check the prices item by item.

Rifugio Barba Ferrero

02/09/2024: Stunning refuge under Monte Rosa and a very nice and super welcoming manager. The food is excellent!!! Tapulone with polenta to try! One of the best lodges I've ever visited. A true mountain refuge. To return.
