Truly delicious cuisine, with superlative dishes like the house specialty, Pianebelle's "bacetti," whose deliciousness will be addictive. The appetizers are truly top-notch, but you won't find shortcuts, stock cubes, seasonings, or strange reheated and "ready-to-serve" preparations that "cheat" the customer with the perfect choreography... here the dishes are truly authentic, tasty, cooked and prepared with skill and professionalism. This is coming from someone who is allergic to all preservatives and "chemical shortcuts" and who, if she had eaten pre-made foods, would have ended up in the emergency room... here, however, everything is delicious, healthy, but without chemical additives. Well done, I'll definitely be back. It's a shame about the red wine. As a lover of full-bodied wines, I would have liked to have at least a couple of options to choose from. In any case, truly excellent service. The bill was very reasonable and proportionate to the amount served. Dog-friendly, an important detail, since our dogs are part of the family, and if they're used to it and well-behaved, why not keep them out?
