The classic crescione filled with tomato and a little mozzarella, good external dough. The prices on the internet are old and not updated, I told the owner and he looked annoyed... not very friendly.

As a former piadina stand owner, I can say that, in my opinion, this is the best piadina shop in Forlimpopoli, both for the quality of the ingredients and the dough. For those who don't understand the wait times, the crescioni take a while to cook; we're not at McDonald's or a fast food restaurant. Don't want to wait? Book ahead and they'll be ready.
