Piadineria Sirmione In Sirmione

Day in Sirmione which is par excellence a place packed with people, especially in August. We stop to eat two piadinas (one speck, gorgonzola, walnuts and one bacon, rocket and mozzarella). The place is narrow and small, decorated mainly with 4-5 stools. We saw it half empty (about ten people in the queue) and thought we would wait about ten minutes (it was not peak time). We waited 35 minutes standing. The boy at the grill made all the piadinas by hand and at the same time filled them himself. Almost restaurant-like times which honestly ruined the experience a bit. The piadinas are good (not exceptional but excellent), ingredients visible, on average fresh.

A little away from the crowds feels good. I had a vegetarian Mozza di Buffala piadena. I wanted a change from pizza, foccacia or pasta. I found it to be fresh and healthy, but it lacked a little taste, it was a little bland, not spiced up with anything. And really not enough mozzarella, there was only a very small piece, I should have said that... The person who served me was very friendly.

The only honest restaurant in Sirmione. The piadina shop uses quality ingredients and fresh dough. Friendly staff and a good choice of wraps

Decent place to spend little, piadina ok, good ingredients, nice environment. Few seats and excessive drink prices, better to take elsewhere and go and sit on some bench in the shade. Piadina made at the moment, not packaged. Overall satisfied.

There are very tasty piadina to take away here 🙂👌 There were two customers in front of us and we waited about 8 minutes. So we can't complain about long waiting times. You can also order and pay at the terminal here. A good concept for anyone who wants something tasty to take away. If you want to eat directly in the restaurant, you should go somewhere else.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch at this piadineria. The choice of fillings for the piadinas was vast and rich and the service was fast and attentive
