Absolutely 5 stars. Cassoni and piadinas made to order, nothing pre-made. Reservations required. In my opinion, the best piadineria in Rimini, hands down.

A simple atmosphere, perhaps spartan for some, but I thoroughly enjoyed it, along with the pizza samples made available to those who entered. The piadina was huge, with half a kilo of stuff inside. My herb cassone was amazing! We'll be back :)

A piadineria in the square in Viserba. Excellent, well-filled cassoni, and their homemade piada is also good. There are a couple of tables outside for eating in, reasonable prices, and friendly staff.

It's located a bit outside the center but is easily accessible on foot from Viserba. Excellent product quality, large portions, light dough, very fair price. The outside environment isn't very well-kept, but the inside is nice, but only for takeout. The staff is friendly and helpful.

23/07/2025: The Mare Nostrum mix is highly recommended! Everything else was excellent (the tuna was delicious), except for the salmon, which I felt was lacking in quality compared to the other products. The place is small but well-used.

The blonde woman who served us was very professional and friendly. 5-star rating. We'll definitely be back. Recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant evening with friends.
