Ottima piada e un'ottima birra artigianale al gusto di miele, ma la pasta mi è sembrata comunque poco tradizionale, nel senso che sembra una sfoglia cotta e non è la piadina a cui tutti sono abituati. Prezzo leggermente superiore alla media.

We tried this famous piadieneria by choosing a culatello piadina and a Tabasco sausage, the dough was very good but as regards the culatello the salami was not freshly sliced ​​you could see the hard consistency both to the touch and to the taste. For the rest of the ingredients quite satisfactory. For 2 piadinas, a glass of wine and a beer totaling €31.

07/01/2025: I recommend trying it, limited menu (probably always fresh) and great hospitality. The venue is an old repurposed theatre, not too large and welcoming. Don't miss the cream and strawberry puff pastry!!

06/01/2025: ....ormai ogni anno aumenti del 10-15%...peccato che guerra , bollette , gas inflazione sono tornati normali....poi per carità da mangiare è buono ma ormai è solo speculazione ( ovunque ovviamente)... ecco listino agosto 2023 e dicembre 2024....praticamente 1 anno poco più....4 anni fa i primi costavano 10 euro, oggi 14. .40% di aumento nonostante l'inflazione è stata al 10% e ora all' 1,5% da un pezzo
29/08/2024: Consigliatissimo. Prezzo onesto, cena ottima. Consiglio la carbonara di mare, davvero unica. Antipasti da rivedere ma per il resto davvero tutto ottimo. Personale cordialissimo.
