I went to dinner last night with friends, we ate very well, first courses with fresh pasta made by them and excellent second courses, Marilena served us very kind and professional, I recommend it.

Il cibo più buono di tutti! I miei figli impazziscono per le loro tagliatelle! La cameriera Angela, Francesco e il fratello, rispettivamente cameriere e pizzaiolo nonché proprietari, molto simpatici e bravi 🤩 per me i numeri 1!

Ne ho girati di posti, e devo dire che il Minatore è uno di quei ristoranti che si contano sulle dita di una mano ! Qualità della materia prima, piatti eseguiti seguendo la vera tradizione romagnola e cura del servizio creano una miscela irresistibile che dà dipendenza. Gli arrosti, il cardo, i primi fatti a mano, cose di altri tempi…tutto eccezionale !!!

28/04/2025: Excellent place where you can enjoy a delicious pizza, even to take away, plus high-level cuisine managed by an excellent chef
21/04/2025: The environment needs to be improved. It wouldn't take much to make it a more pleasant place. The staff is friendly and kind, but the service is slow and uncoordinated (the first ones arriving at different times, half an hour between one course and another...). Despite these criticisms, which are intended to be constructive, I ate very well. The porcini ravioli were very good. The tasty shank. And the cuberoll cut delicious.

Fuori Misura Social Food

29/03/2025: Uovo stra buono, polpette perfette, cotoletta spaziale e purè anche... Forse un filo fuori misura la quantità ahahah però bel posticino e buonissimo cibo!
26/12/2024: Il locale è in pieno centro, accogliente e spazioso. Il menù è ben assortito, ma sarebbe meglio selezionare sempre solo verdure e frutta di stazione (es panna cotta con castagne proposta a fine dicembre per me è KO). Comunque piatti super abbondanti. Servizio ok, però un paio di camerieri in più non farebbero male. Il conto è super coerente.
