Saturday evening, family meal for six. We arrive at 7.30pm and the place is strangely empty. We sit there thinking, “Oh, how lucky we are!” Spoiler: it wasn't. Half an hour later and the place turns into an infernal bedlam, with a volume that doesn't even match the fish market.
We order, we wait, we sweat. At 8.45pm – when we had already considered munching on the napkin – the pizzas finally arrive. Luckily they were good, otherwise the drama would have been complete.
My intrepid father goes for the classic: tagliatelle with meat sauce. He receives some tagliolini (surprise!) with a quantity of ragù that to define as symbolic is to pay him a compliment. More than a first, an optical illusion.
Meanwhile, the heat was Finnish sauna-like, but without scented wood or detox benefits. No trace of working air conditioning. The confusing staff, with the look of someone who lost control hours earlier but continues to feign optimism.
The bill is certainly convenient (around €16 per person), but the wait, the heat and the noise are truly critical points.

Generous portions that compensate for an environment that was perhaps a little too full of tables and people. There was a lot of confusion and the service was a little slow. Honorable mention goes to the really large and good mixed grill ribs, while the grilled vegetable side dishes left a little to be desired.

The first courses are excellent, with homemade pasta and exquisite ragù.
Second courses (grilled meat) and side dishes are normal.
The pizza is also good, thin and crunchy.
The first courses arrived immediately, we had to wait a little longer for the pizzas and second courses, but it wasn't a problem.
At the end of the dinner, limoncello and liquorice liqueur are offered, very good.
Courteous and attentive staff.
The environment is informal, but refined.

Ne ho girati di posti, e devo dire che il Minatore è uno di quei ristoranti che si contano sulle dita di una mano ! Qualità della materia prima, piatti eseguiti seguendo la vera tradizione romagnola e cura del servizio creano una miscela irresistibile che dà dipendenza. Gli arrosti, il cardo, i primi fatti a mano, cose di altri tempi…tutto eccezionale !!!

Una tappa fissa per chi passa dalla E45. Tutto buonissimo, ogni volta che passo non so mai cosa prendere! La piadina è spettacolare, come del resto anche la tagliatelle al ragù e gli gnocchi di patate. Ai secondi sono riuscita ad arrivare solo una volta e sono stato anche loro una rivelazione.
