I had the pleasure of dining at the Il Minatore restaurant and I was particularly impressed. The atmosphere was welcoming, perfect for a special evening. The service was impeccable, with the staff both in the dining room and in the kitchen proving to be very kind, attentive and always available to our requests. The menu was purely from Romagna and plentiful, the ingredients were fresh and of high quality and the flavor was simply delicious. I highly recommend the Il Minatore restaurant for authentic Italian cuisine. Just a piece of advice, a problem with many places when they are crowded, it tends to be very noisy and makes it difficult to talk at the table, as far as acoustics are concerned, there are little remedies to implement. Anyway, heartfelt congratulations.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten; the sober place; the only flaw is the long wait to receive the pizza.

Una tappa fissa per chi passa dalla E45. Tutto buonissimo, ogni volta che passo non so mai cosa prendere! La piadina è spettacolare, come del resto anche la tagliatelle al ragù e gli gnocchi di patate. Ai secondi sono riuscita ad arrivare solo una volta e sono stato anche loro una rivelazione.

Quiet and welcoming place, excellent piadina to accompany with a starter of cold cuts and cheeses. The grilled meat and roasts are good. Try the excellent piadina roll.

Complex judgment. I'll try. The Food is good. Encore of first courses and rabbit for 2 people. A tip, the ragù was put on top of the pasta without mixing. But this wasn't a problem, it was a good first. In fact, more than good. Well the Rabbit. Now we come to the difficult part: the waitress was efficient and fast but a sergeant. I repeat, good and efficient but too tough. The environment got two stars because it was cold and the lunch was not exactly a moment of conviviality but a bit like a barracks. I believe that with a few more smiles the stars would go up one in each category and even the not exactly cheap price could be tolerated better. The opinion is positive and I would return.

Hospitality, availability, empathy, are adjectives that are NOT at home here. The place is clean and the typical cuisine (a few dishes and always the same ones) is excellent. Ask for a change to the hand-listed menu proposal (yes, no paper and no displayed prices) never mind! Bread will never be present at the table if you don't specifically order piadina; so if you order a first… “impossible shoe”!😃 The prices are slightly high for the type of restaurant. In summary, if you are willing to put up with what was said at the beginning, that is, feeling like you are not being listened to, almost as if you are annoying, it is a good place to enjoy their good cuisine. A smile would be enough.
