We stopped here on the way back from a bike ride. Not feeling like cooking, we decided to take advantage of the takeaway offered by the piadineria. We ordered two piadinas and a first course, "tortelloni with cream and ragù." We waited 10 minutes for the dishes to be freshly prepared. I loved seeing how everything was prepared, as the kitchen is open to the public, creating a convivial atmosphere. The staff is very kind and friendly, like true Romagna locals, and they are dedicated to fully satisfying the customer's needs and minimizing the wait. The vast menu offers piadinas for every taste, and the ones we ordered were excellent. The first course was generous with both the toppings and the quantity of tortelloni, which are handmade... I believe these are businesses that deserve to be protected, both for what they offer and for the commitment they put into keeping certain culinary traditions alive.
