Piadineria Dalla Ciurma In Ravenna

We've known this piadina shop for several years as it's one of the few to offer gluten-free piadina, not frozen but made in a laboratory. Very good piadinas, both gluten-free and with gluten, and very helpful staff. The space is a bit small with only a few tables, so it gets a bit crowded at peak times.

A great little spot for a quick bite when you need something tasty in a hurry. Great selection of piadinas, both savory and sweet, and very reasonably priced. Also perfect for takeaway. Staff are very friendly and the piadinas are ready quickly.

Let's start from the beginning... the staff are very friendly. And then we get straight to the point: "The best piadina I've ever eaten in my life." Fresh and tasty ingredients, light dough. You can easily eat two without feeling heavy. Best discovery in Lido Savio.

Delicious, freshly prepared piadinas. Preparation was relatively quick, as several people were working in the kitchen. The atmosphere was rather noisy. Unfortunately, the tables weren't wiped regularly.

Delicious piadina romagnola. The crescioni and piada pizzas are also excellent. My favorite is the Saporita.

Very nice place, but I can't give it more than three stars because, although the piadina was very good, I found it a little undercooked.
