I'm Muslim. The first time I went, I asked for dough without lard. The main question was, "Don't you eat pork?" Me: No. They told me, "Next time you come, let me know in advance so they can clean your piadina station thoroughly before cooking it (contamination). I was shocked because I wasn't expecting it. It's been my favorite piadina place for three years, not to mention it's delicious and affordable."

03/08/2025: Super qualified and fast staff, kind as is typical of the people of Romagna, crescioni dough, rolls, and piadinas that I think are the best in all of Romagna, worthy of Juliet Caesar when he crossed the Rubicon...... Highly recommended if you pass by here you will not miss it
31/07/2025: I had the classic piadina with excellent squacquerone prosciutto, arugula, and crescione taleggio cheese and potatoes for 10!! Very kind guys, worth a stop if you're passing through!
