16/02/2025: I went alone to eat Ramen and I managed to sit down immediately, but with the no-reservation formula I think that for groups of 3/4 people there will certainly be a longer wait. However the service is fast. The ramen had a strange smell, honestly not the best I've eaten but it was ok over all, nothing special at all. I ate sitting next to other people and it was a bit terrible because there isn't any living space so if it bothers you to have people crowded around you it's not the best, but it's certainly part of the "ramen bar" formula that is there. They don't accept cash.

08/02/2025: Delicious discovery on this cold and rainy late winter day. Delicious broth and firm noodles, I would recommend roasting the pork belly on both sides for a complete maillard. Music a little loud for my tastes, but pleasant melodies. I couldn't have asked for a better lunch on this gloomy day.
