Piadina Più In Roma

Yesterday I ate at this piadineria after noticing it on various social media. The piadina was just like in the videos: giant, super stuffed and really crunchy. Never eaten a piadina like this. It's true that you have to wait a bit, but only because the lady prepares all the fresh ingredients with care and attention. It's not like other piadina shops where all the ingredients are already ready and often not their own. Sincere congratulations :)

La frequento da alcuni anni, e credo che il prodotto che vende sia una spanna sopra le altre catene di piadinerie. La sfoglia è particolarissima, molto più appetitosa della piadina tradizionale, ed i condimenti sono molto vari e di ottimo livello. Addirittura mi ha convertito alla piadina con il burger,che non avrei mai pensato di apprezzare: invece la carne risulta magra e saporita,e il complesso è oltremodo goloso. Bisogna aspettarsi qualche minuto di attesa,ma ne vale la pena!

We have been customers for several years, there is no better piadina than this. The dough is excellent, a flaky and crunchy piadina unlike the usual piadina. The owner is a very nice and friendly person.

Excellent piadina with homemade dough, flaky, crumbly, very crispy. They treated me very well and prepared everything on the spot. The size of the piadina is enormous, about two spans, very pleasant and with a lot of filling. A greeting from Spain!
