Artisanal Piada Romagnola, thick, filled properly with local ingredients. I had the piada with sausage and you can really taste the genuine and non-industrial meat, really excellent! Courteous and helpful staff, we left with 5 empty takeaway piadas to keep at home, if you like thick piada, it is recommended.
