Artisanal, thick Piada Romagnola, filled to perfection with local ingredients. I had the piada with sausage, and you could really taste the authentic, non-industrial meat. It was truly excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful. We left with five empty takeaway portions to keep at home. If you like thick piada, it's highly recommended.
