The piadina was nice. The taste and texture was more delicate compared to other piadinas I've tried. The ingredients were fresh. The place was clean and the seats were comfortable. The staff were friendly 👍🏻

We had dinner at Piadineria 4 You in Collestrada and were completely satisfied. The piadina dough is light and fragrant, made with quality Italian ingredients like Prosciutto Crudo di Norcia PGI, aged Parmesan cheese, and extra virgin olive oil. I tried the version with Stracciatella di Bufala, Prosciutto Crudo di Norcia PGI, and Truffle—an explosion of creamy and fragrant flavors—and the one with Mozzarella, Tomato, Mushrooms, Grana Padano, Spicy Tartar Sauce, and Tabasco: generously filled, flavorful, and perfect for a quick lunch. The place is welcoming, with indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff is friendly, empathetic, and extremely fast, ideal for those in a hurry. Prices are reasonable for this quality (about €8-9 per piadina), with takeout always available. Highly recommended for a delicious break near Perugia!

Good piadina with new gourmet recipes. But the prices are higher than they used to be. Prices start at €7 and go up. Some piadinas are a little dry. Fast table service. Friendly staff.
