01/09/2025: A shower without a cubicle floods the bathroom. Friendly staff.
31/08/2025: Extremely unwelcoming, clean and charming, but very cold surroundings and poorly trained staff (except for Ms. Carmela, who was extremely kind and professional). Very basic spa with no relaxation area. Everything very basic. Breakfast was sparse, always the same. The concierge was sullen and unfriendly. I would never return.

11/04/2025: Delicious kebab: the best in Mondovì; and even in Turin it is difficult to find such good ones... Jimmy always very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!
