We went to my daughter Camila's party last night, and I can say that everything wasn't perfect, but more than that, simply wonderful, beautiful, we were so satisfied. Impeccable service, excellent food, and above all, such warmth from all the staff: Lina, Marina, and Eduardo were exceptional people. We felt at home. Thank you for everything.

The place is very welcoming, the location is beautiful, and the atmosphere is quiet. Dinner is available or you can enter with a drink.
What disappointed me was the extremely small restrooms; the door is basically in front of the toilet. Furthermore, the glass is slightly opaque, so there's no view outside, offering zero privacy and absolute inconvenience.
If this problem is resolved, the place has 5-star potential.

I celebrated my 18th birthday here on October 5th, and I couldn't have chosen a better place! The Phoenix Club was fantastic: super helpful, kind, and always attentive to every detail. They made my day special and unforgettable; everything was perfect, from the organization to the service.

I attended a party yesterday. Nothing to complain about the location, service, food, or staff, but didn't everyone who gave it 5 stars go to the bathroom (women)?
If you walk in and close the door, you can't pee. The size of the toilet is proportionate to the size of everything else, so much so that you can't stand in front of it, you have to stand to the side. The frosted glass door is so thin that from the outside you can see everything that's going on inside, zero privacy.
Of the three sinks, only one works, and the faucets are in such bad condition that it's almost painful to touch them. The same goes for the hand dryer.
I also think that during a party, someone should occasionally check to see if the bathroom needs cleaning or if there's a shortage of toilet paper.
Honestly, I wouldn't choose it to celebrate an event, and I'm disappointed because everything else is very beautiful.

We chose this location for our son's 18th birthday and we were very happy and satisfied. The owners were very helpful and professional. Our guests complimented us on the setup and the food, which was plentiful and of excellent quality. The entertainment also involved everyone, making us dance and have fun. Finally, a special mention goes to Marina, a great party planner, who provides ideas for an original party and knows how to listen and optimize every request.
