In Turin, chocolate isn't just a pleasure: it's a calling. And this evening proved it, down to the last chocolate.
The tour of the Chocolate Museum is a journey through history, aromas, and tradition. You discover how the city became the home of gianduiotto, you observe period instruments, and you listen to stories reminiscent of artisan workshops and 19th-century elegance.
Then dinner at Pfattish: a refined, welcoming atmosphere, with dessert that brings the experience of the museum to a close, perfectly in keeping with the experience.
A special thanks to Mariolino, truly kind and attentive, and to all the staff: smiling, professional, and present at the right time. You can sense when a service is performed with genuine care, and here, the human warmth truly makes the difference.
The overall experience is highly recommended.
In Turin, chocolate isn't just a dessert. It's culture, it's hospitality, it's art served at the table.
