We ate at this mountain hut in a charming location. The interior is very tastefully decorated, the food excellent, and the service fantastic! Definitely worth a try!

A pleasant place with generous portions, but with a few weak points. Too many, really too many, covers. There must have been a hundred people, so it was inevitably chaotic, and not in keeping with the setting. And then the prices, which I think are a bit high for the quality.

A well-known mountain hut on the road to Giau (Cortina) surrounded by the magnificent Dolomites. It's a restaurant, bar, and rooms with a large covered terrace. The service is good, fast, and the menu features Ampezzo specialties. A must-try! CdM

Highly recommend staying with Fabiano in Pazié de Parù. The rooms were luxurious, the food was great, and the service was excellent. We visited the refuge as part of our hike on Alta Via 1. By far the best refugio on the entire trip.

It was a wonderful stay! The location is beautiful, well-positioned, and tastefully renovated. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. I had a wonderful night's sleep, and it was wonderful to wake up to a view of the peaks... I was pampered by Eleonora, Lorena, Silvia, and Fabiano with advice and culinary delights! In five days, I tried the entire menu. I wanted to eat here every day because the food is excellent, with a good selection of wines. I will definitely be back!

02/09/2025: I loved this place huge dinner and huge breakfast just what I needed on my multiple day trek plus even an outlet by my bed in the dorm- super clean bathrooms- 75 euro half board and nice owners
01/09/2025: We stayed here one night along our multi-night trek through the Dolomites. The hosts were very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, nice showers, WiFi, and the food was delicious! Great views too!

12/08/2025: Extremely kind, helpful, and polite staff. Beautiful venue, excellent service. Strategic location. Highly recommended for breakfast, aperitifs, and restaurants.
11/08/2025: This lovely hotel is very conveniently located just 10 minutes from the bus terminal and 5 minutes from the city center. I requested a room with a terrace, so it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the view from the balcony every day. The breakfast area had a wide variety of dishes and sweets, so many that I couldn't try them all in just 3 days. The gazpacho and herb gelato I had for lunch were also delicious, and I could see why there were so many guests there during aperitif time and in the evening. Although I was traveling alone, the staff were very kind to me, and I'd like to visit the Dolomites again in about 3 years!
