I tried to give this pastry shop another chance to try their pancakes, after having had a less than positive experience the first time, but my thoughts don't change. Decent pancakes, nothing more, nothing less, but the service is decidedly terrible! As rude today as the first time, it seems like they are doing you a huge favor by serving you. The first time I didn't write anything because I hate writing negative reviews, but I also don't like being treated with superiority and sufficiency (and if I remember correctly, the pastries I purchased were quite good). Yet it takes so little to be kind.

Siamo stati serviti in modo molto cordiale e caloroso. Il caffe' era davvero delizioso, ma le piccole prelibatezze erano devine. Sia il negozio che i servizi igienici erano impeccabilmente puliti. Una visita assolutamente consigliata. Ero li' dalla Germania con mia Zia dall' Italia. Un Vero gioello nascosto!

Pastry shop located in an area that is difficult to park the car, nice and new environment, excellent food at average prices....the only negative point at the counter is a very elderly lady who in my humble opinion would be better off at home with her grandchildren as she doesn't shine of joy, thus giving the place a negative point....
