Very good address, polenta, tuna and meat were excellent. Bravissimo!

The only flaw was that on thefork the menu prices are normal but it is not specified that it only applies to lunch, for dinner the prices go up. However, everything we ate was good.

A sensorial experience at the foot of Mont Blanc – Le Petit Gourmet (La Salle) Entering Le Petit Gourmet is like crossing the threshold of a high altitude refuge where elegance meets authenticity. The venue, with attention to the smallest details with touches of Alpine design and an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, immediately invites you to relax and enjoy the moment. The gastronomic journey was simply impeccable. The risotto with prawn and courgette flowers is a masterpiece of balance between delicacy and intensity, served with a presentation worthy of a work of art. The morsels with beetroot cream and aromatic herbs surprise with their freshness and creativity, while the selection of local cheeses – accompanied by artisanal jam and currants – is a true celebration of the territory. Each dish is a symphony of colours, aromas and flavours, with attention to the smallest details, and perfectly paired with a glass of expertly chosen wine. The service is friendly, never intrusive, with a touch of mountain kindness that makes you feel at home. A restaurant that deserves not only a visit, but a return. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic and refined culinary experience, set in one of the most evocative landscapes of Valdigne.

A la carte menu not particularly varied, some things were completely missing despite being included on the menu (fish, all fish) and we discovered this when ordering, shame. The wines by the glass are good, the velouté good, the meat decent. The mixed salad prepared with soft tomatoes, a shame. Careful plating. Service a little slow but courteous. Prices close to those of Courmayeur.

Cibo ottimo. Sono stata molte volte al petit gourmet ed ogni volta ho apprezzato la qualità del cibo. Complimenti. Il locale è piccolino e non accetta prenotazioni.
