We've known Paolo, the owner, for a few years and believe it's one of the best restaurants in the area: quality, service, and ambiance are truly meticulously maintained. Paolo and his staff take great care to ensure that the customer is the center of attention. The quality/price ratio is absolutely in line...highly recommended. The location is unique, next to the La Salle church, with outdoor seating. The area is restricted to traffic only for (few) residents, and offers an excellent view of the valley.

The village of La Salle is superb, and this little restaurant in the center of the village immediately drew us in, who knows why? In the end: perfect welcome, perfect service, perfect meal, perfect drinks/wine, perfect coffee, and an exemplary cleanliness. An EXCELLENT place that I highly recommend. Not stopping here is truly missing out.

13/10/2025: I was truly impressed by the restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The restaurant's strong point is undoubtedly the cuisine. Here, you'll have the opportunity to taste traditional and non-traditional dishes, including reinterpretations with locally sourced ingredients. I tried the venison steak and it was an explosion of flavors. A dessert, the classic "crema di Cogne" with tegole, was the perfect finishing touch to a delicious dinner. The wine cellar offers a wide selection for all palates. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of good food!
12/10/2025: Family dinner on a beautiful evening in Cogne. Welcoming place, excellent service, and super professional and friendly staff! Great for kids too, thanks to the special menu. Everything was clean and well-kept, down to the smallest details. A truly wonderful experience!

30/09/2025: Welcoming and well-maintained place. The owner and staff are always very friendly (we were there a year ago). Excellent food. Good value. I recommend it. We'll definitely be back.
27/09/2025: We stopped for lunch on the way back from the Montblanc Skyway. A lovely place where we ate well with excellent table service. Traditional and non-traditional cuisine, with good quality and quantity. Well-stocked wine list. Excellent homemade desserts. A wonderful experience. We'll be back...
