Tested on 01/12/2025. Fantastic location in the heart of the pretty village of Le Salle. Competent staff. Wonderful Fassona knife steak with Béarnaise sauce and chopped pistachios. Excellent ancient recipe crepella with fontina cheese and cooked ham on asparagus cream. Incredible cubes of yellow fin tuna on a bed of passion fruit mousse. The tiramisu is very good. Excellent local pinot noir. Price slightly above average. Absolutely recommended.

First time at this place which was recommended to us. Few seats: excellent choice if you want to take care of the culinary offer and pamper the customer. Small restaurant in the center of La Salle, Aosta Valley. We liked everything, from the first courses to the dessert. I couldn't help myself from ordering a terrine of taragna polenta with fontina, a dish that couldn't be more traditional: very well made, steaming hot, excellent!
Serene environment, well furnished and well managed. Cleanliness, perfect, is not even in question. Due to a mix-up, the desserts were not added to the bill - we reported this to the owner, who absolutely did not want to charge us for them: "It's my fault, I don't even think about making you pay for them." It may be silly, but it's not for everyone. Gentlemen, you are born. Thanks and see you soon!

We had dinner on the terrace with a view of Mont Blanc in the background, the dishes were excellent and Paolo and his staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!!!! The price is perfectly in line with the quality of the products used!
