We've known Paolo, the owner, for a few years and believe it's one of the best restaurants in the area: quality, service, and ambiance are truly meticulously maintained. Paolo and his staff take great care to ensure that the customer is the center of attention.
The quality/price ratio is absolutely in line...highly recommended. The location is unique, next to the La Salle church, with outdoor seating. The area is restricted to traffic only for (few) residents, and offers an excellent view of the valley.

The village of La Salle is superb, and this little restaurant in the center of the village immediately drew us in, who knows why?
In the end: perfect welcome, perfect service, perfect meal, perfect drinks/wine, perfect coffee, and an exemplary cleanliness.
An EXCELLENT place that I highly recommend.
Not stopping here is truly missing out.
