A small but very welcoming bar on the way through. The prices are below average but the quality is excellent.

A historic bar I've been frequenting for years. It's already open at 5:30, and inside you'll find people who have finished their night shift or are starting their day early: workers, nurses, drivers, artisans... people who really work. The owner is there every morning very early, turning on the oven at 5:00 sharp and churning out top-quality frozen croissants (always warm, fragrant, and delicious). Anyone with a noble soul knows how much sacrifice it takes to get up at dawn and greet us with a smile as we begin or end our day while everyone else is still asleep. The place is small but welcoming and spotlessly clean, and she is a very sweet person, extremely helpful to everyone. It's a shame to read such mean comments from someone who has clearly never set foot in here and then threatens lawyers... Those who get up early to serve us workers deserve only respect and gratitude. 5 well-deserved stars. Thank you so much, Elena, you're an important reference point! ❤️
