ho trovato la pizza rossa da forno romana come la mangiavo da bambina, è stato un tuffo nel passato veramente gradito ed inaspettato.

Really good Roman pizza. The aignora that serves at the counter is quite rude with customers and employees. High prices. Be careful not to put banknotes on the scale because she will scold you badly because hygiene first, but then she takes the money with her hands without gloves and then touches the pizzas.

Excellent Roman pizza, and also the granetti stuffed with courgettes,.. the only annoying note is the unsociable and hasty baker... A smile costs nothing, you would gain from it...

I travel 30km to go there every now and then because the quality is excellent and it's the only place I've found that makes Roman-style white pizza properly and the bread is excellent too

I tried this oven and fell in love with it! Amazing Roman pizza! It seems like I bought it in Rome! Impeccable service.. the lady who greeted me was very kind. Highly recommended

Pizzeria Stuzzico

09/03/2025: Small pizzeria in Frignano, near the centre. Even though I don't live in Pavullo, I have been going frequently for 3 years and it has become a fixed point every time I go to Pavullo. Thin and crumbly pizza, light dough. Very good and friendly owners and diners, they make you feel at home, always a pleasure to see them again. Some desserts are homemade, like in this case the tiramisu, light and good.
18/01/2025: Good pizzeria, but the restaurant is also good 🍴. Almost always crowded, a little small place. Average prices.

21/04/2025: Excellent restaurant for those who love traditional Modena cuisine. Impeccable service. Prices a little too high.
15/04/2025: Trattoria that offers classic Emilian cuisine, well made and well presented, the prices are not exactly trattoria-like but all in all not high either. The place is dated, but well kept and it would also be beautiful if it weren't for the "design" inserts placed here and there without criteria which are out of place to say the least....
