Roman pizza that can be defined as such: shallow, crunchy and tasty. The condiments are also well made, although the choice is rather limited. Prices in line, quite high like all good ovens nowadays.

15/09/2024: Located near the stream. Nice and fresh. Advised

28/08/2024: We went to this place to eat for lunch, the place is always full, in a truly suggestive location. We managed to find a seat and obviously ate the trout. To say it was good is an understatement... it was truly spectacular. The desserts and fried gnocco are also really good
