01/02/2025: Homemade cuisine for an informal and quiet evening. I recommend the house specialties, penne alla centerba or chitarrina with lemon.....really excellent! !!
16/11/2024: Not being a great frequenter of restaurants, where now, for a simple dinner with family or friends, you almost have to take out a mortgage, this is one of the places where I go more carefree and frequently, if I can, because I am sure of the goodness and authenticity of the food served and the honesty of the prices, indeed, often if one knows how to choose, thanks also to the generous portions served, one is amazed, in a positive way, at the lightness of the bill, which in any case is always very honest to the point that inflation and the wild increases seem to have not stopped. It is now a historic place, family-run by professional people and this explains the goodness of the food, in the simplicity of the composition of the menu, of which, honorable mention goes to the "Pennette alla centerba": a dish to choose from, even for dinner, if you go, because it deserves to be tried, indeed, for me Pallant is synonymous with this dish because if I go there I order it!
The place is always kept tidy and very well looked after in terms of cleanliness and the location is also suitable for those who are not from the area and want to escape from the chaos of the city for a healthy trip out of town.
It is useless, I think, to spend further words of appreciation: seeing is believing!
