17/02/2025: Este restaurante fue, al final, nuestra mejor / favorita experiencia gastronómica en toda Sicilia. El camarero/maitre era fantástico. Las carnes eran excelentes (Fassona tártaro y carpaccio de res) , la pasta no era menos que gloriosa. Solo desearíamos haber regresado aquí más a menudo durante nuestra estancia en la región. Garantizado para complacer.

03/02/2025: I stopped for a business lunch at this bistro adjacent to the historic center of Trapani, it was a pleasant surprise, refined dishes and innovative cuisine, they make artisan pasta and the laboratory/kitchen overlooks the room, the staff is friendly and prepared, an experience to be repeated.
