I was recently in Stintino and, surprisingly, couldn’t find any fresh fish anywhere. But then I arrived in Palau—and what a difference! I discovered this wonderful fishmonger who not only has the kindest demeanor and a truly contagious smile, but also offers an incredible selection of fresh, local fish. His display is absolutely beautiful—enough to make anyone’s mouth water. I ended up skipping dinner out a couple of nights and instead grilled his fish at home. It was hands down one of the best meals of my trip! Keep up the fantastic work—I’ll definitely be back!
