Peccato l’eccessivo caldo non mitigato da alcun sistema ( ventilatori vaporizzatori) e i tempi di attesa veramente lunghi ( sono diverse volte che vado e i tempi sono sempre lunghi)

Service a little slow but good. Food was good but lacked a bit of flavor and little quantity. We paid 84 euros for two pasta dishes, an appetizer and a dessert.

Would I go back to the Aldrovandi fish market? Maybe yes! Would I reorder the dishes I took? Definitely no! Value for money? Questionable! Nothing to say about the atmosphere which is certainly the only reason why I would return to eat here. The service is courteous and the mise en place is above average for a cover charge of 2 euros. Probably, being my first time eating there, I had the misfortune of ordering the wrong dishes. Nothing bad, let's clarify, but the dish of guitar with clams (very poor since I managed to finish it and I never manage to) arrived after a good hour of sitting at the table and it was cold. The other first course ordered was hot. I didn't say anything so as not to ruin the evening but I was disappointed.

Fish restaurant in the heart of Bologna that is really worth trying... Truly excellent, refined and refined dishes! The fish seemed very fresh and of high quality. The service needs to be improved just a little due to some delays and inaccuracies, but otherwise exceptional!!🤗😌

Compliments to the chef of the external stall: good, competent, innovative and kind.
The dining room staff perhaps suffers from the stress of the job and does not always appear totally welcoming, but no big deal.
Cleanliness could also be improved.

Excellent fish, really kind service, a little narrow spaces but it gives off a very familiar feel.
The mezze sleeves with pesto and tuna sausage are delicious, as is the fried cod in the photo. They had been informed by phone that my wife had celiac disease and they took action both in preparing the raw food and in providing her with bread for celiacs, even though it is not a certified establishment.
Average bill, but we will definitely be happy to return! Well done!

Nice little spot for good fish experience in Bologna. Had a nice dinner, good service and food. Recommendable for a pasta deviation.
