I knew the chain because years ago I had eaten in their restaurant in Polignano and I must say that the idea is excellent. The place in Bologna is very nice and well-kept and makes you relive the feeling of being in Puglia. The staff is friendly and the service is quite fast. I can't judge the experience of eating on site because this time too (I had already tried a couple of years ago if I remember correctly) I took two takeaway sandwiches: overall they were very good. In the end they are big enough and rich enough, so we get full. Excellent alternative for something different.

Good food, fantastic service. I felt really at ease. I went on an evening just before 8 without booking. I got advice from the employees and was tempted by the window full of goodness. Highly recommended! Wonderful environment where it is pleasant to enjoy good fish
I have to reduce the stars of my review. Unfortunately the size of the sandwiches has decreased if not halved, without changes in price

The food is good, but we ordered twice mixed fried fish, but there was no fish. seafood, shrimp were delicious, but not fish( maybe we misunderstood something.
The staff of the restaurant is friendly and polite.

I really like eating at Pescaria. As a native of Puglia, it feels like I'm coming home.
The quality of the food is as good as always but the last time I was there it wasn't a good experience.
The Bologna office is really in bad shape from a hygiene point of view. Yesterday one of the bathrooms was out of order. The remaining one was worse than the ones at the station, a terrible smell. And even more serious was the lack of a sink to wash your hands! All the people in the club went to the bathroom and then if they had cleansing gel, fine... Otherwise they had to eat with dirty hands.
Finally the sandwiches magically shrunk and the prices increased.
Maybe the increased profit will be used to fix the bathrooms!

Excellent fish offering in a clean and modern environment, with particular attention to the green side, with the use of completely recyclable materials. We tried sandwiches and salads and both turned out to be excellent, with particular and unusual combinations.

From fairly regular customers, discovering that the sandwiches had shrunk by a good 30%, while maintaining the same price, was a hard blow.
We would have preferred the price increase more than making the sandwiches smaller.
