Top-notch food, an experience I'll definitely repeat!
I was truly impressed by the quality of the food at this restaurant. Every dish is meticulously prepared, with the freshest ingredients and well-balanced flavors. You can taste the passion and expertise in the kitchen. The service was impeccable: the staff were friendly, attentive, but never intrusive. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends.
I highly recommend trying the fried cheese, simply spectacular!

PerVoglia is a gem that manages to balance tradition and innovation in perfect harmony, expressing the wisdom and love of Abruzzo cuisine. The mazzarelle and cacio e ova meatballs bring the most authentic flavors of memory to the table, while the tagliatelle with chopped lamb and pork tenderloin showcase technique and creativity without ever distorting the roots. Each dish is an explosion of authentic flavors, prepared with top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is peaceful and meticulously maintained, perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening. The staff was extremely kind, attentive but never intrusive, making everything even more enjoyable. But the real magic comes from Chef Elenia: her dishes are like paintings, crafted with a surprising aesthetic and a truly remarkable balance of flavors. I can't wait to return!

Authentic flavors and a perfect welcome
We ate wonderfully: dishes with authentic flavors, meticulously presented, and prepared with quality ingredients. The owner, who personally served us, was kind and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Truly delicious food in a warm and authentic atmosphere. Highly recommended!
