Non è la prima volta che recensisco questo posto ma resta una garanzia per qualità, accoglienza e gusto. Continuo a fare assaporare questa esperienza a gente nuova e vedere soddisfatti e entusiasti i miei amici è un piacere grande considerato che puntualmente ci vengo di proposito percorrendo 100km.Questa volta ho fatto il pieno anche di carne per le mie provviste

The place is not very large but welcoming. Impeccable service and friendly staff. Excellent quality meat. Superlative.

Located near the Mater Domini Sanctuary of Laterza, the Perrone butcher's shop is a well-known place specializing in the preparation of grilled meats. The restaurant is family-run, has an internal room with several seats, welcoming and quick service, with excellent value for money. Personally I had the opportunity to try and appreciate the following dishes: zampine (small beef sausages), panella con polpette (loaf emptied and filled with meatballs in sauce), turcielli (guts stuffed with lamb innards), Apulian bombette, lamb with onion. High quality products sold at competitive prices (average price per diner equal to 22 euros). Last but not least: biscuits with almonds and homemade chocolate pieces to pair with bitters or coffee! For those of you who find yourself in Laterza (20 km from Matera, the city of stones) this is an obligatory stop that will fully satisfy your needs: 5 stars!
