Marco made our experience amazing!!! He was very accommodating the second we walked in. We called super last minute and he was totally fine with us coming in. He showed us the cave and all of the families collection. His son Ludwig was with us and sold us his artwork. Great visit and amazing wine!!!

This is an absolutely magical place! Marco took my husband and me on a private tour of his 2000 year old wine cave built by the Romans. All the original wine making tools from the 1800s are still there and it was incredible to see how they all worked. Marco has a vast knowledge of the island and the history of his wine making family. We were mesmerized and honestly, most of his treasures could easily be in a museum! And of course, the wine tasting with appetizers was delicious! I highly recommend a visit to see Marco the next time you’re in Ischia. Grazie Marco! 🍷

A wonderful journey back in time. Marco and his family are truly special people and I highly recommend taking the private tour of his family’s historic museum…especially the secret cave in the back that has over 12,000 bottles of vintage wine. One of the best things we did while in Ischia. PS great wine!
