We stayed a couple of nights for New Year's Eve, with a dinner at Castello di Bevilacqua. A very beautiful hotel, with impeccable service, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, and a plentiful and high-quality breakfast buffet.

I had lunch at the Hotel Pergola in Legnago, and it was truly excellent! The dishes were carefully prepared, with balanced flavors and generous portions. The restaurant is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. It's a great place for a midday break, recommended for both business and pleasure. I'll gladly return!

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, ready to expertly recommend both the daily specials and the best wine pairings. The menu celebrates Mediterranean cuisine, with a special focus on fresh fish and local produce. The raw seafood is spectacular: red shrimp, oysters, and scampi of impeccable freshness. The squid ink risotto, creamy and perfectly balanced, deserves a special mention. The main courses also do not disappoint: the baked sea bass with potatoes and Taggiasca olives is a triumph of simple yet intense flavors. To round things off, the desserts are as good as the rest: the lemon parfait is light and fragrant, perfect after a seafood dinner. Sunday lunch at the restaurant: traditional menu with contemporary touches. Attentive service, present but not intrusive. Quality in every dish. After years, I saw and enjoyed a proper dessert trolley. Excellent prices considering the amount and type of food offered.

Chosen for a quiet and romantic dinner but frequented often in the past, welcoming atmosphere and very professional staff, top quality food and excellently cooked, good quality/price ratio, suitable for any event, from important ceremonies to informal dinners ... I really recommend it to everyone, it really is worth it!!
