We're sharing this delicious experience thanks to Jacopo, our host at his Il Quercione farmhouse—kudos to him too ;). The customer care shown by the owner and the dining room staff is palpable from the moment you first enter the restaurant. The rest is done by the kitchen: truly delicious dishes, traditional yet revisited, using local ingredients like the renowned and delicious Cannara onion (the soup is fantastic, even in the height of summer).
No waiting for a table, although reservations are recommended on weekends.

One word is enough....excellent! The restaurant is very nice, the waitress works diligently and discreetly and always has time to exchange words with the customers. The dishes are exquisite and tasteful. The owner, the chef in person cooks spectacular food. What I ate was a pleasure for the palate! Go ahead and try it. Excellent restaurant in a small village Cannara, refined cuisine, remarkable and of great quality! The chef very nice and above all very good! His cuisine makes the difference!!! I understand why they are in the Michelin guide well deserved! In the room there is a beautiful atmosphere between art deco furniture and jazz music, the lady who served us very kind and very available to my every request. Highly recommended if you want to have a high quality experience! We will be back!

What can I say and it's the third time I've come back here the first 2 in 2021 I remembered it as very good today I found it even better excellent food with a balance of very very well-groomed flavors decidedly low price for the quality offered
Right portions; red wine from Montefalco recommended by the owner truly spectacular
