Excellent dinner. Our expectations were fully met. While you wait, they bring you a revisited panzanella and some truly delicious thinly sliced and fried bread. We ordered the tagliata (beef steak) with a side of baked potatoes and chard. We loved everything. You can season the tagliata however you like, and the (very kind) waitress brought us some delicious olive oil. We finished with some truly special desserts. It was difficult to choose from the dessert menu, but I highly recommend the apple tart. We would have liked to take photos, but we forgot. We enjoyed dinner in a very elegant setting, with good background music (not intrusive, but very pleasant) and truly excellent food.

A top-notch restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Umbrian recipes, revisited but not overdone. The service is very friendly and courteous. The prices are truly reasonable. The atmosphere is truly family-friendly. I highly recommend it.

During the Onion Festival, nine of us ate at this restaurant, which pleasantly surprised us with its menu featuring everything from onions to onions.

We're sharing this delicious experience thanks to Jacopo, our host at his Il Quercione farmhouse—kudos to him too ;). The customer care shown by the owner and the dining room staff is palpable from the moment you first enter the restaurant. The rest is done by the kitchen: truly delicious dishes, traditional yet revisited, using local ingredients like the renowned and delicious Cannara onion (the soup is fantastic, even in the height of summer).
No waiting for a table, although reservations are recommended on weekends.
