Always a delightful experience; gourmet dishes at the right price, and Ernesto is a great restaurateur and hospitality professional. Unfortunately, I live far away, but every time I get back to Umbria, Perbacco is a must-visit!

Excellent dinner. Our expectations were fully met. While you wait, they bring you a revisited panzanella and some truly delicious thinly sliced ​​and fried bread. We ordered the tagliata (beef steak) with a side of baked potatoes and chard. We loved everything. You can season the tagliata however you like, and the (very kind) waitress brought us some delicious olive oil. We finished with some truly special desserts. It was difficult to choose from the dessert menu, but I highly recommend the apple tart. We would have liked to take photos, but we forgot. We enjoyed dinner in a very elegant setting, with good background music (not intrusive, but very pleasant) and truly excellent food.

A top-notch restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Umbrian recipes, revisited but not overdone. The service is very friendly and courteous. The prices are truly reasonable. The atmosphere is truly family-friendly. I highly recommend it.

A delightful place...welcoming and familiar...amazing food...especially the tagliatelle with white Chianina ragù and the Chianina tartare...perfectly hand-cut and delicious...fresh and flavorful. A fantastic Sunday lunch 😊

16/02/2026: We had a truly wonderful meal. The restaurant is beautifully decorated; the Domitian tables are spectacular, as are the placemats. The service is attentive and courteous, without ever being intrusive. The wine list is truly noteworthy, with a special focus on local labels. The truffle strangozzi are exceptional, as are the ravioli filled with Genovese. The pigeon as a main course is a must. See you next time!
