We came for dinner during our holiday, looking for local cuisine. The environment is delightful and well-kept, we were welcomed and looked after with attention, delicacy and courtesy.
The dishes are excellent both in preparation and in the ingredients, before starting we were offered a taste of really good, creamy and fresh panzanella; we particularly liked the egg with scorzone and croutons and the guinea fowl (the second courses are all accompanied by a seasonal side dish and the bread is also delicious and unique).
SPECIAL desserts not to be missed! Everything was perfect, we found a refined and different territorial proposal at an excellent price.
Finally, we thank the owners with whom we chatted at the end of dinner, it was a pleasure meeting you and we hope to return soon!

We had dinner last week, welcoming atmosphere even if some cobwebs could have been avoided. The owner is too far above her capabilities since she doesn't know how to explain the food cooked. Onion soup, AWFUL, served lukewarm, a mess of onions and inedible cheese. A side dish of courgettes (5 slices) soaked in water, hard and warm roast potatoes
The bill was too high for the quality of the food.

In qst ristorante nel borgo di Cannara abbiamo trovato cortesia accoglienza simpatia e qualità...
La proprietaria romagnola un'artista creativa che ti fa sentire a tuo agio e predisposta alla chiacchiera piacevole e leggera, il marito con più di 40 anni di esperienza in cucina ci ha deliziate con piatti ben eseguiti e tradizionali umbri, il locale veramente da ammirare!

Quando si parla di Cannara si parla della cipolla, regina del territorio, ma in questo ristorante, gli occhi lucidi vengono per l'emozione che si scatena ad ogni boccone.
Ambiente sobrio in cui la tradizione abbraccia l'innovazione e la cura è il trait d'union che parte dalla cucina e arriva in sala. Inutile elencare le portate che, neanche a dirlo, accarezzano le papille e fanno luccicare le pupille. Servizio accurato ma non snob che corona un viaggio perfetto che non termina una volta saldato il conto, sorprendentemente gustoso anch'esso.
Ritornarci è obbligatorio, ça va sans dire.
