Perbacco In Cannara

We went to this restaurant after seeing it in the Michelin guide. We were very impressed by the care of the dishes and the choice of ingredients. The quality of the individual ingredients from the area was very high and the dishes were really balanced and tasty. We decided to have two appetizers, celery parmigiana and onion flan, two first courses with tagliatelle with onions and onion soup and a dessert to share, chocolate salami. The portions are generous but super refined. The prices are consistent with the quality. We spent around €60 for two with a glass of wine. I recommend trying the onion-based dishes as in Cannara there is a very sweet variety of onion and how they cook it makes it really digestible. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beyond the enormous quality of the food, with excellent dishes and adequate prices, the service was excellent. We will definitely return and recommend it!

We ate divinely, We have been traveling for a few days and wanted to try some local but revisited dishes and we found this splendid restaurant. The staff is very courteous and kind and the owner creates a unique atmosphere.

The starter (egg, cannara onion and truffle) and the tagliatelle with white Chianina ragù were very good, the artisanal pasta with garlic was exceptional, the portions were generous, the dishes were well conceived, executed and presented. The choice of wines is not very wide and there is no wine list, but the patron's advice is excellent and very welcome, in our case on local natural white wines, which range from well-known labels to local gems. Good welcome, attentive and personal service, right times in the kitchen. Exceptional value for money. To return

A wonderful family-owned restaurant tucked away in Cannara. The owners were lovely and attentive, the food was delicious and of high quality, and the ambiance was tasteful and cozy. All of the art was either designed/made or hand-picked by the owners. I look forward to my next meal here! Thank you!

Wonderful experience! Best onion soup I’ve ever had. Also the pate is to die for. This is my second time here and I can’t wait to come back. This is a hidden gem.

Unique environment and original menus, great professionalism and attentive and caring owners (chef and lady).

At dinner during the September festival there were two menus: one à la carte and one based on onion (the restaurant is in fact famous for this peculiarity). Together with the other diners we tried both and I must say that from the appetizer to the dessert the "oniony" flavor of the courses was truly balanced. A plus point is Simona's amazing and attentive welcome, in a fairly comfortable environment. Definitely recommended, we will be back!
