I went for lunch today. The carbonara was one of the best I've ever tasted. The quantity was truly exaggerated, and for once, it didn't come at the expense of quality. Creamy, flavorful, the guanciale was excellent, and the pasta was cooked just right. All this combined with friendly, fast service and absolutely fair prices given the quality and quantity. I will definitely return and try something else on the menu. If you're not in the area, it might be worth making a special trip.

The pizza was average, although I prefer a different type. I drank a lot of water after dinner, so I don't think the dough had a long leavening time, even looking at the crust. Overall, though, it's okay.

Great for business lunches, rustic setting with good value for money. The menu changes often, and at least one first and one second course have vegetarian options. The first courses are very abundant.

09/01/2026: Very beautiful and elegant place, very kind and professional staff, everything I ordered was very good, presented impeccably.
04/01/2026: We were actually going to the restaurant across the street, which had a higher rating and said it was open (Sunday night). We got there and it was closed. That was a sign to visit Le Rondinelle! Excellent surprise! Very good pizza! We also ordered spaghetti carbonara which was very good!
