We came to this restaurant with our family and the experience was really pleasant. Giulia was ecstatic about the carbonara, creamy and tasty just right. We chose a simply perfect gricia: crispy guanciale, quality pecorino and a balance of flavors that won us over. Excellent Roman cuisine, authentic and well executed, in a welcoming and well-kept environment.

Decidiamo di pranzare domenica per caso. Casualità più fortuita non poteva esserci! Locale elegantissimo e ricercato, piatti a cui non riusciamo a trovare un difetto. Ogni ingrediente era bene riconoscibile e indimenticabile. Aggiungo che una carne di maiale cucinata così bene non l’ho mai mangiata! Complimenti!
