Decidiamo di pranzare domenica per caso. Casualità più fortuita non poteva esserci! Locale elegantissimo e ricercato, piatti a cui non riusciamo a trovare un difetto. Ogni ingrediente era bene riconoscibile e indimenticabile. Aggiungo che una carne di maiale cucinata così bene non l’ho mai mangiata! Complimenti!

welcoming place, excellent pizza, obviously a piece of advice, if a customer is not satisfied with a dish served the most natural thing is to replace it even by charging them anyway, but even pretending nothing has happened is rude also because the end of a dinner must be sweet and that was not the case

Ristorante bistrot dall'arredamento molto molto originale, ricercato, curato. Bello davvero.
Piatti della cucina tipica della Capitanata: dunque eccezionali per definizione.
Ogni pietanza è cucinata sul momento con ingredienti locali, freschi e di ottima qualità.
Titolare simpaticissimo e schietto nel suggerire i migliori abbinamenti.

A very chic place, very large but unfortunately when there are a lot of people it becomes a bit narrow, so you could spend the evening a little "sacrificed"... On the other hand it offers very high level cuisine, especially dishes such as gricia and carbonara, absolutely a must try! The pizzas are offered by the shovel, in Neapolitan style, really tasty and with excellent choice of raw materials. Ultimately a place where you can spend a romantic evening, or a dinner with friends, the atmosphere is truly pleasant.
