Very good Neapolitan pizza, a little chewy though. It's a shame about the outrageous prices; a pizza averages €12-15.

This stop on our Pizza Tour led us to discover a modern pizzeria, with an open kitchen that adds a touch of transparency and spectacle to the preparation process. From the moment we arrived, our impression was positive: a well-kept, youthful, and dynamic environment, where the passion for the art of baking shines through.
The cooking (4 out of 5) impressed us with its precision and uniformity. The golden crust and soft dough speak of expert and meticulous oven management. The flavor (3.73 out of 5) was also convincing, especially the classic toppings, which capture the true essence of Neapolitan pizza. Some richer toppings, like the carbonara, were enjoyable but a bit challenging at the finish, perhaps due to their intensity.
The quality of the ingredients (4.09 out of 5) shines through in every bite: fresh, carefully selected ingredients enhance the dough without overpowering it. The aesthetics (4.36 out of 5) are another strong point—prepared, colorful, and harmonious pizzas, served with attention to detail.
Regarding the value for money (3 out of 5), we perceived some room for improvement: the more traditional flavors are priced slightly higher than average, making the overall experience less balanced.
The atmosphere and service (2.64 out of 5) were the least convincing aspects of the evening. The restaurant, while modern and pleasant, feels rather compact: the small spaces and the table layout don't create a feeling of comfort. Even the service, while courteous, seemed sluggish and rather slow, with wait times exceeding expectations. Details such as the lack of ice and somewhat disorganized management impacted the overall enjoyment of the experience.
When asked, "Would you have it again tomorrow?" (3.82 out of 5), however, the response was surprisingly positive: the quality of the dough and ingredients leaves a good memory, and despite some reservations about the price, the desire to taste it again remains alive.

For my first experience at this pizzeria, I give it a 10/10. The music is exceptional, 80s/90s-inspired, even a bit nostalgic, but a thousand times better than Italian trap. The pizza is delicious, not too greasy, and the tomato sauce isn't acidic. The ingredients are very well balanced, and the dough is perfectly cooked (the crust is amazing). For drinks, I had a Grimbergen Double (almost no other place has it), and it's worth it for that too. The service is absolutely excellent, very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is lovely, and it also evokes a bit of nostalgia for the old days, and it's definitely worth it (it depends on people's tastes, but I really appreciate it). In conclusion, I highly recommend this place!
