I was there on August 18th with my girlfriend, very kind staff, better food in my opinion than Pigneto and most of the places in Rome, I was surprised by the kindness of the staff and the truly suggestive environment. I highly recommend.

Historic place in the heart of Torpignattara where the pinse are delicious! Friendly service and excellent food from fried foods to pinsa (the daily specials are also highly recommended) to desserts. We will gladly return

On Saturday evening I was able to share a delicious tong with my husband, I'm Sardinian in Rome....the very kind lady even gave me a package of what I didn't eat...thank you

It was the first time I went there and we had a pinsa and a gricia and I must say that we were very satisfied. I'll be back soon to try the meat... It's a very quiet and above all very clean environment, which is rare these days.

Pinsa molto buona, leggera. Varie offerte, personale gentile e simpatico. Parcheggio convenzionato. Locale semplice ma caratteristico. Ci torno sicuramente....Offerte no stop durante la settimana di carne e di pinsa.

27/08/2024: The meat is good (since 2020 pre-covid it has maintained the standard of the raw material) and the pizza is good. The latter is neither too thin nor too thick, moreover it is well cooked, which makes it digestible (unlike many other pizzerias).

22/08/2023: High quality products with attention to ingredients. Fantastic both from a taste and quality point of view. I recommend the bread, all of it, but the sciapo, the bread with walnuts, is particularly fantastic. The pizza with walnuts, the one with corn. Wine biscuits and all the other desserts.
