Solaris in Torre Lapillo is an exceptional venue that truly stands out. The service is impeccable, with staff who are attentive, warm and genuinely welcoming. The food is outstanding, with every dish prepared to a high standard and full of flavour. We tried everything from pizza to pasta, and it was all consistently excellent. My personal favourite was the Zuppa di Pesce Locale e Crostacei, a local fish and shellfish soup in a rich, delicious tomato sauce. It was an unforgettable dish. Eugene and his family are incredibly welcoming. We discovered Solaris on our first day in Torre Lapillo, and it has quickly become our go to spot. The family style atmosphere is relaxed and authentic, making it somewhere you feel comfortable straight away. Everything about Solaris is wonderful, from the quality of the food to the care shown in the service. A special mention must go to Gigi, the friendly dog, who adds an extra touch of charm to an already lovely experience.

The longer our stay in Porto Cesareo lasted at the end of October, the more often we ate at this restaurant. We went for lunch and dinner, whenever it suited us. We were always warmly welcomed, and the food, drinks, and even the olive oil were consistently a delight. Many thanks to the staff, the kitchen, and the owners. We will fondly remember you.
