We stopped during a break on our trip. It's quiet and has a covered outdoor terrace. It has homemade ice cream. There are few flavors, but my son ordered the chocolate one and it was very good. A single coffee and a small tub of chocolate ice cream cost us €3.30, so it was a very good value. The lady who served us was friendly and smiling. The bathrooms are clean and accessible. And there's plenty of parking.

30/08/2025: One of Saluzzo's historic bars, it's located in the pedestrian area, so it's nice and quiet. We had an aperitivo with two well-made spritzes and a small plate of tasty appetizers—not huge, but still adequate. The service staff were friendly, the price was average.
