I thought about whether or not to write this review but after the phone call from my parents asking me to go to the pastry shop again to buy yet another Colomba even after Easter, and luckily they had just a couple more, here I am writing. The artisanal colomba is excellent without but without ifs. Tastes are subjective and unquestionable but when a product is made well with excellent raw materials you can feel it and recognize it. Well done. As always. For breakfast, for anniversaries, or simply because you want it.
